Polyester chips are transported by air compressor via a network of tubes from the first level to the fifth level.
Polyamide chips are transported directly to the fifth level via freight elevator.
On the fifth level, the chips are separated into different containers for cleaning and drying.

Oil is then added to the now clean and dry polyester and polyamide chips.
The polyester and polyamide chips are melted and mixed together.
Every ten days the main components are cleaned and conditioned for optimum performance.
